Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)

Fiance(e) Visa
This visa will allow your Fiancé(e) entry to the UK with the intention to marry within 6 months of the visa being endorsed on his or her passport. Contact us for further details and advice.

This visa will be granted if you can prove that you have been in a relationship similar to a marriage for 2 years. The document requirements are also similar to the ones for a Marriage Visa.
Visa Extensions to Visa
You are able to apply for extensions to most UK visas while you are present in the UK. The visas you are not allowed to apply for extensions for are short term visas, like a visit visa.
