Highly Skilled Migrants Program
This visa will allow you to work in your chosen field of profession with the opportunity to change employers without having to apply for a work permit. You must have graduate qualifications or Post Graduate qualifications to benefit from this status.
Should you be a Doctor, Lawyer, Scientist, Civil Engineer coming to the UK with 3 years work experience from your country, or if you have been working for over 5 years and would like to now work and live in the UK, this is the visa for you.

- If your degree was issued by an Overseas University it must be verified by NARIC

- Never apply if you have any doubts about the documents you are sending;
- Do not apply from within the UK if you are a visitor to the UK or an Undergraduate foreign student.
- Never send copies of work references as evidence of your work experience to Work Permit (UK). Work Permit (UK) expect to read your original documents.
- Never make misleading statements on your CV because the information will be cross - referenced with your work experience letters.
